Which service do I need if I am starting from scratch?+
Full Package: we turn your idea into the physical sample and tech pack, then manufacture at the volume you need. You do not need tech packs or patterns to start.
What if I already have a tech pack and proven patterns?+
Production from your tech pack: we manufacture with an audit at every stage, starting from an approved counter-sample that sets the quality standard.
Can I start with sample development only?+
Yes. Product development (the physical sample and tech pack) is Phase 1 and is quoted separately. We build the sample first, then we manufacture: the approved sample leaves everything ready to move into production with us, which is the natural path, and the editable digital patterns become yours once the full service is paid.
What is the minimum for any service?+
We manufacture from 36 units per style and color (for some garment types), but our recommended minimum is 100 units per style: 100 to 300 per style is where a project runs most efficiently on cost, and the fewer the units, the higher the cost per unit. Sizes are split freely within the style, each color counts as a separate minimum, and the exact minimum depends on the garment and its processes. We confirm it in your quote. Plan the repeat as part of the decision: restocking those 36 takes another 30 to 45 business days, which is why the recommended range sits higher than the minimum.
