Phase 1 · 2-8 weeks

Product development

We turn your idea or reference into a real garment: we select fabrics and trims, make the patterns, manufacture the physical sample and build the tech pack. You don't need to arrive with tech packs.

Phase 2 · 30-45 business days

Production

Once you approve the sample, we source and purchase the fabrics and trims, and manufacture in the quantities you need, with a four-point audit: 100% of fabrics on arrival, the cut, manufacturing (processes and stitching) from start to finish, and a final check before dispatch.

Frequently asked questions about clothing manufacturing.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our minimum starts at 36 units per style and color, and 100 to 300 units is what we recommend for better efficiency and cost. Sizes can be split within the style, and when you need more we produce thousands of units per style.
How long does manufacturing take?+
It depends on the project: developing the sample and tech pack usually takes 2 to 8 weeks and production 30 to 45 business days, and what affects the timeline most is fabric sourcing. Every project has its own timeline, and when a project has demanded it we've met tight deadlines, for example samples in under a week and 5,000 garments in under 28 days. We adjust the whole plan to hit the date you need.
Do you export to the United States? How does shipping work?+
Yes. We actively export to Central America, the Caribbean and the United States. All quoted prices are ex-works (EXW) from our facilities in Colombia. Through GAT International, our US company, you pay in dollars by local bank transfer or Zelle, without the friction of an international wire, and we support the import logistics into the US (DDP when we agree on it). Freight and import duties depend on the country and the order, are usually paid by you on arrival, and are estimates subject to change: we give you that estimate before we start. See how it works in GAT International.
What do you make, and what don't you?+
We manufacture clothing for women, men, unisex and kids: casual, activewear, streetwear, beachwear, corporate and sleepwear. Our specialty is tops, in knits and wovens. Some categories aren't for us: denim, swimwear, underwear, shapewear and compression, structured blazers and tailoring, or footwear and accessories. That said, if you run a swimwear brand, we do manufacture the complementary pieces of the line (cover-ups, tees, shorts and kimonos). Share your project with us and we'll honestly tell you whether it's a fit.
I don't know you yet. How do I know the quality is good?+
We're in Cali, Colombia, and we manufacture for recognized brands in the country and abroad. Our quality standard is that of leading brands. You can visit us to see real product (we coordinate the visit), and every project starts with a physical sample you approve before production: that sample is the standard we audit against, at 100% of fabrics on arrival, the cut, the full make, and a final audit before dispatch.
