Capacity to produce at volume.

We produce between 25,000 and 30,000 units a month, with 120+ new styles developed every month and a direct and indirect team of more than 130 people. When a project called for it, we have delivered 5,000 garments in under 28 days.

That capacity lets you run a full season with us, with many styles in large quantities, without splitting your production across several suppliers.

Your season has dates that do not move. We plan the whole production schedule around the date you need the product in store, and what most affects the timeline is sourcing the fabrics and trims: it depends on where they are and whether they are available right away or have to be made.

When a style sells through, restocking is direct: with the product already developed, a reorder usually takes 30 to 45 business days. Producing close to your market, in your own time zone and with direct communication, you restock without the months of transit an import carries, and you adjust fast when something changes.

A single point of accountability for your product.

Behind every order there is a team of professionals and a network of specialized allies by stage, and GAT stands behind the whole with an audit at each phase. We audit 100% of the fabrics on arrival, the cutting, the sewing from start to finish, and the finished garments before dispatch.

No production starts without an approved physical sample: that sample is the standard the whole season is measured against. Quality stays consistent order after order, with one point of contact from start to finish.

Volume flexibility for your operation.

We manufacture from 36 units per style up to whatever volume per style best fits your needs. That flexibility lets you produce the bulk of your season at volume and test a short capsule in the same relationship, without switching suppliers.

And it is always your own product, with your design and your label. This is private-label production for your brand: we do not sell a catalog and we hold no stock, so the differentiation and exclusivity of your line stay yours, not a wholesaler's where everyone buys the same.

Frequently asked questions about manufacturing at scale for retailers.

Do you handle large volumes and seasonal restocks?+
Yes. We have the industrial capacity to produce at volume and run full seasons of many styles with fixed dates. When a style sells well, reordering is direct: with the product already developed, a restock usually takes 30 to 45 business days, without the weeks of international transit an import adds.
What is the minimum order per style?+
The minimum starts at 36 units per style and color, and 100 to 300 per style is where a project runs best on efficiency and cost. Sizes are split freely within the style, each color counts as a separate minimum, and we also produce thousands of units per style. The exact minimum depends on the garment and its processes.
How do you keep quality and delivery consistent every season?+
Every project starts with a physical sample you approve, and that sample is the quality standard we audit each production stage against, from fabric intake to the final check before dispatch. That way quality stays consistent order after order.
What are the payment terms for large orders?+
Development and samples are paid up front, and production runs 50/50: a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% before dispatch. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card, and everything is spelled out in the quote before we begin. For large or recurring orders, we can arrange custom payment terms.
Do you offer nearshore manufacturing?+
Yes. We are a nearshore clothing manufacturer in Colombia: the same time zone as the US, direct communication and cultural affinity, and production close to your market. Look at total cost, not just the price per garment: an import from Asia adds high minimums, capital tied up for months, freight and customs. Producing nearshore, you keep direct quality control and restock in time for your season.
