A custom clothing manufacturer develops and produces garments to your exact specification (your design, your fabric, your label) instead of selling stock or printing logos on blanks. GAT builds custom apparel from scratch, from 36 units per style: first the pattern, then a physical sample, then production, held to the quality standard we've kept for recognized brands.

What custom actually means.

Patterns cut for your fit, fabric sourced for your product, your own label and trims.

With blanks and print-on-demand, a logo is printed onto a generic garment someone else already made and sold to everyone. We don't print on stock blanks. We develop and produce your garment from the pattern up, so what you sell is yours.

Sample first, then production.

No project moves to production without a physical sample you've approved. That sample becomes the standard every produced piece is measured against.

Develop

Fabric, pattern and sample

We source fabric and trims, cut your patterns and make a physical sample of your garment. Development usually runs about 2 to 8 weeks, and timing depends most on fabric sourcing.

Approve

You sign off

You approve the fabrics and trims, the process tests and the fit of the sample by photo, and we make up to 2 minor adjustments at no cost.

Produce

Manufacturing and audit

We manufacture in the quantities you need, with a four-point audit: all incoming fabric, the cut, the full make, and a final check before dispatch. Production usually runs about 30 to 45 business days.

Every project runs on its own timeline, and when a launch has demanded it, we've delivered 5,000 garments in under 28 days.

What we make, and what we don't.

We specialize in upper-body fashion and easy-fitting garments, for women, men, unisex and kids.

We make

Tees, polos, sports tops, tanks, shirts, blouses, hoodies, sweatshirts, crewnecks, crop tops, bodysuits and rash guards. Tailored, wide-leg and cargo trousers, joggers, sweatpants, skirts and shorts. Dresses, jumpsuits, rompers and pajamas. Decoration includes screen print, DTF, high-density print, sublimation and embroidery, plus custom labels, hangtags and brand trims.

We don't make

Denim and jeans, swimwear, knitwear, leather, structured tailoring and blazers, underwear and lingerie, shapewear and compression, babywear (0 to 2), footwear, bags and accessories. Staying focused keeps us sharp at what we do well, and if your piece isn't ours, we'll tell you straight.

Minimums that fit your run.

Our minimum starts at 36 units per style and color, with sizes split within the style. 100 to 300 per style is the range where a project runs best on efficiency and costs, and when you need more we produce thousands of units per style.

US design brand Daniel González works with us on full-package manufacturing of his own collections: he shares the material direction, we source the fabrics, develop the samples and produce the pieces, with the closeness and direct control that's hard to get overseas.

From Colombia to the world

Custom clothing manufacturing, answered.

What's the minimum order for custom clothing?+
The minimum starts at 36 units per style and color, and sizes can split within the style. 100 to 300 is what we recommend for the best efficiency and costs. On tees, 36 works with DTF printing, while screen print and embroidery start around 100 per style and color because those techniques have different requirements. When you need more, we produce thousands of units per style.
How much does custom clothing cost?+
Pricing depends on the garment, the fabric, the quantities and the decoration, so we don't publish set prices. You get a free estimate in minutes through our quoting tool, and the exact per-unit price is set after we make and measure your physical sample: that's how the number stays real instead of a guess.
How long does it take?+
Development usually runs about 2 to 8 weeks and production about 30 to 45 business days. The biggest variable is fabric sourcing: on hand, it takes a few days, if not, it can add weeks. We build the plan around the date you need, and when a project has required it, we've met demanding runs (for example, 5,000 garments in under 28 days).
Will I get a sample before production?+
Yes. Every project starts with a physical sample you approve before anything scales: it becomes the standard your whole production is measured against. Development includes up to 2 minor adjustments at no cost, and you approve the fabrics and trims, the process tests and the fit of the sample by photo, in writing over WhatsApp or email.
Do you ship to the US?+
Yes. We quote EXW from our facilities in Colombia, or DDP when we agree on it. Freight and import charges depend on the destination, the order size and the garment, and they're set by each country and the parties involved, so we give you an estimate up front and flag that those figures can change at the time of import. What we make clear from the start is who exports, who imports and who covers each cost. Paying is straightforward too: through GAT International LLC (Florida), our US arm, you can pay in USD by local bank transfer or Zelle, without the friction of an international wire. It isn't a US factory, every garment is made in Colombia. See our export service.
