Production usually takes 30 to 45 business days. What affects the timeline most is sourcing the fabric and trims: where they are, whether they're available right away or have to be made. Every project runs on its own timeline, and when a project calls for it we've met tight deadlines, like 5,000 garments in under 28 days.

Not in the bare sense. A CMT factory handles each stage separately, with what you supply to each vendor. GAT does production from your tech pack with audit: we source and inspect the fabric when you need us to, control quality at four checkpoints, and stay accountable for your product start to finish. If you're searching for CMT because you need your brand made well and on time, that's exactly what we do.
Can I produce from my own tech pack and fabric?+
Yes. If you already have a tech pack, proven patterns and defined fabrics, we manufacture straight from your tech pack, starting from an approved counter-sample that locks the standard. We can also handle fabric and trim sourcing ourselves: it's defined when we start.
Do you export to the US?+
Yes. We actively export to Central America, the Caribbean and the United States. Quoted prices are ex-works (EXW), from our facilities in Colombia, and we coordinate international shipping. Freight, duties and import charges are set by each country, so we give you an estimate up front and note it can change at the time of import. DDP delivery is available when we agree on it.
