GAT Fashion Lab is a custom clothing manufacturer based in Cali, Colombia. For over 20 years it has manufactured for some of the largest brands in Latin America, and it has recently developed the capacity to produce from 36 units per style so it can also serve emerging brands. Nearshore, in the same time zone as your US brand.
How it started.
It all started with two friends from university who entered fashion around 2004 with their own clothing brand.
They set up a workshop for their brand, and there they fell in love with the production side. In 2012 they formally established the company as Grupo Arango Tessone S.A.S., and over that decade they pivoted the model toward manufacturing for other brands: that's how today's GAT B2B was born, the manufacturing ally that makes other people's brands real.
Quality and reliability were always our two banners, and it was exactly that quality that opened the doors of STF GROUP, one of the largest fashion conglomerates in Latin America, developing and producing for flagship brands like Studio F and Ela.
In an industry that's historically industrial and low-tech, we bet on digital: innovation is one of our core values. Today we use artificial intelligence to optimize our processes and serve our clients better, something uncommon in the industry.

There's a real method behind it: no project moves forward without a physical sample you approve, and that sample becomes the standard we audit the entire production run against, at four control points. That's why leading brands in Colombia and abroad have trusted us with their production for two decades.

Exporting to the US is part of how we work.
All quoted prices are ex-works at our facility in Colombia (EXW), and we coordinate the international shipment. Freight, duties and import taxes depend on your country, order size and garment, and we estimate them before you commit. Same time zone, shared language, direct answers the same day.

Social
We employ mostly women: around 75% of the team. 47% of our team members are single mothers and 2% are part of the LGBTIQ community. We hire with dignity (and require the same of our suppliers), with zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment, and full compliance with labor law, including occupational health and safety management (SG-SST).
Environmental
We comply with the environmental regulations required by law, work to reduce production waste, and prototype in 3D to make fewer physical samples before producing.
