Flexible and Low MOQ for Fast-Growing Brands

Full Package or Full-Service Clothing Manufacturing is a service that takes care of every aspect of the clothing manufacturing process, including research, design, development, manufacturing, and logistics for fashion collections. At GAT Fashion Lab, we offer an affordable minimum order quantity (MOQ) that enables us to work with a variety of clients, such as large fashion retailers, independent designers, and fast-growing brands.

Get started with us in just three easy steps:

1. Tell us all your needs

Tell us what you need. Go to our Contact Page, fill out the basic form, and our customer service team will contact you to get more information and start working. We typically schedule an exploratory call and can work from a specific need or conduct trend research to create a collection from scratch.

2. Samples and Estimations

When the design needs are clear, we create samples. Typically, we start with 3D samples that we share with you and can modify in real-time with different fabrics, colors, and so on. Once the design is approved, we estimate the bulk production, create physical samples, and ship them to your location for final approval.

3. Manufacturing and logistics

When the final samples are approved, we source all the raw materials, cut the pieces, and move them to manufacturing. Our Quality Assurance team ensures that each garment meets our high-quality standards and approves it before packaging and final shipment to your desired location.

Design Definition

We can work in two ways:

1. Specific Needs: You have a clear need and provide us with photos, tech packs, or drawings.
2. Researching for Opportunities: We conduct trend research and suggest design ideas based on your brand DNA.

At the end of this stage, we have clear design needs to move forward in our process

3D & Engineering

With clear design ideas, we create the 3D version of the initial designs.

We can create digital garments in less than 8 hours and modify them in real-time with you. We can make changes to the design, test different fabrics and colors, and check the fit for different sizes, all 100% digitally.

With 3D, we can also make all the cost estimations and patterns necessary for manufacturing.

Physical Sampling

When the 3D designs are finally approved, we source all the raw materials and create a physical sample, which we will ship wherever you need it.

With this sample, you can make the final validations and approvals necessary to continue.

In this stage, we will share the final price per unit and negotiate the manufacturing.
