Full package clothing manufacturing is the model where one ally handles the whole process: sample development, fabric and trim sourcing, production, quality control and delivery anywhere in the world. You arrive with an idea or a reference and receive finished, sell-ready garments, from 36 units per style, made nearshore in Colombia and in the same time zone as your US brand.

How full package works.

The sample comes first, then production. Nothing moves into production without a sample you approve, and that sample sets your quality standard.

Phase 1 · 2 to 8 weeks

Product development

We turn your idea or your reference into a real garment: fabrics and trims, patterns, a physical sample and the tech pack. You don't need to arrive with a tech pack.

Phase 2 · 30 to 45 business days

Production

With the sample approved, we source the materials and manufacture the quantities you need, with a four-point audit and domestic or export logistics.

Phase 1 · Product development.

This is where the idea becomes a real garment. We start from what you bring (a reference, a photo, a sketch) and move forward with your approval at every milestone.

  • We select fabrics and trims and propose up to 2 options per style.
  • We develop the process artwork and the brand artwork.
  • We approve the full design spec: silhouette, processes, colors and measurement chart.
  • We draft the patterns 100% digitally in Optitex.
  • We sew the physical sample and send you the fitting with a measurement report.
  • We close with engineering and costing.

Fabrics and trims, decoration trials and the sample fitting are approved by photo, before we ship you the physical sample and the tech pack, so you can measure the garments and run your own checks. Development includes up to two minor adjustments at no cost.

When Phase 1 closes, you receive

  • The approved physical sample, the standard every production run is measured against.
  • The design tech pack: flat sketches, the measurement chart, the bill of materials and the operations list.
  • The editable digital patterns, which become your property once the full service is paid.
  • The precise production quote, based on real measured costs.

Built for US brands.

For a US brand, the value of manufacturing in Colombia is the relationship: the same time zone, a shared working language, cultural affinity and answers the same day.

Quoted prices are ex-works (EXW), from our facilities in Colombia, and we coordinate the international shipment. Freight, duties and import charges are set by each country, so we give you an estimate up front and flag that it can change at the time of import. DDP delivery is available when we agree on it.

What we make and what we don't.

Full package is for established and growing fashion brands, designers and companies that need branded apparel.

Our specialty is tops, in knit and woven fabrics: women's, men's, unisex and kids, across casual, athletic, streetwear, beachwear, corporate and sleepwear.

What we don't make: denim, swimwear, knitwear, underwear, shapewear and compression, structured tailoring, footwear and accessories. And we don't compete on being the cheapest: we compete on delivering the quality, the quantity and the date. Tell us about your project and we'll tell you honestly whether it's for us.

Twenty years making other brands' garments real.

At the quality standard of the country's leading brands: Studio F, Ela, Arturo Calle Woman, Tennis, TERS Apparel, Pink Rose, América de Cali, Monastery and Hillside.

Frequently asked about Full Package.

What is full package clothing manufacturing?+
It's the model where GAT handles the sample development and the manufacturing of your product: design, sample, fabric sourcing, production, quality control and logistics, with one ally accountable for all of it. You arrive with the idea and receive sell-ready garments, without juggling multiple vendors.
What does the price include?+
It's two prices, because they're two different services. Development covers the tech pack and the sample ready for approval. Production delivers sell-ready garments: it includes the fabric and everything needed to make them. Branded trims (labels, hangtags, custom packaging) are quoted separately, since they carry their own minimums, and we manage them for you too. Everything is itemized in the quote, with no fine print.
How long does a full package project take?+
It depends on the project: sample development usually takes 2 to 8 weeks and production 30 to 45 business days. What affects the timeline most is sourcing the fabrics and trims: where they are, whether they're available right away or have to be made. We plan the whole project around the date you need, and when a project calls for it we've met tight deliveries, like samples in under a week and 5,000 garments in under 28 days.
How many sample corrections are included?+
Development includes up to two minor adjustments at no cost: corrections that don't require remaking the pattern, buying new materials or sewing another garment. Structural changes are quoted separately and never executed without your approval, so your budget stays protected. If GAT makes an error against what you approved, we fix it on us.
What is the minimum order?+
From 36 units per style and color, up to the volume per style that best fits what you need. 100 to 300 units per style is where a project performs best on efficiency and cost. Sizes are split freely within each style, and each color counts as a separate minimum.
