From ideas to digital garments in just hours

We base all our design and development on 3D technology, which allows us to create realistic designs in less than 8 hours, make changes to the design, test different fabrics and colors, and even validate the fit with different size models in real-time with you. 3D reduces design approval time by up to 15 times and is 100% sustainable.

Just tell us what do you need

Punctual needs (fast)

If you have a specific request and already have a tech pack, reference images, or samples, we can accelerate the process by quickly moving into 3D sampling and cost estimation. This will allow us to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Collection Design

We can analyze trends, create mood boards, designs, and samples based on your brand DNA and customer needs. From there, we'll move into production and logistics, working on your timeline to ensure timely delivery.

When design is clear we move to:

1. Product Development

We transform the initial ideas and need into replicable and manufacturable garments:

1. Raw Materials Sourcing (just for samples)
2. Patterns Design: 1-2 days
3. Digital Sampling and Validation: 1-3 days
4. Physical Samples Development: 1-3 days
5. Final Costing Estimates and Manufacturing Guidelines:

Total time: 3 to 30 days

2. Manufacturing

When samples are approved we inmidiatly move to manufacturing and this is what we do:

1. Production Sourcing: 3-30 days
2. Cutting: 1-5 days
3. Sewing: 5-30 days
4. Quality Assurance: 2-3 days
5. Packaging and shipping: 2-3 days

Total time: 14 to 45 days

More Questions About Custom Clothing Manufacturing

What’s the difference between custom clothing and private label manufacturing?

With custom clothing manufacturing, every garment is built from your original design — your patterns, your fabrics, your specifications. Private label manufacturing uses GAT’s existing catalog designs, which you then brand with your own labels and packaging. Custom clothing offers complete creative freedom; private label offers speed and lower development costs.

Can you manufacture garments in multiple fabrics or colorways per style?

Yes. We regularly produce the same style across multiple fabrics, weights, and colorways. Each fabric-color combination is treated as a separate SKU for MOQ purposes. Our team can advise on fabric sourcing and help you optimize across colorways to reduce overall costs.

Do you handle fabric sourcing or do I need to supply my own materials?

We can handle fabric sourcing as part of our full-package service — we work with a network of trusted suppliers in Colombia and internationally to find the right materials for your specifications. Alternatively, if you have preferred suppliers or specific fabrics in mind, you can supply your own materials and we will work with them.
